All Shipping is standard small Flat Rate Box, unless your order is larger , then it will be in a Medium Flat rate Box. Insurance is optional .I will always put as much as I can in one box to save on shipping, only if it does not damage the jewelry. I will send a tracking number on all shipped packages. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your package.

If you find you have an Allergic reaction to any of our items ,simply return them to us in the same condition as you received them. And you will receive a full refund. This offer is good for 60 days after purchase. We do not claim any of our items are Hypo-Allergenic.

If one of your pieces come apart or breaks please return as much of the piece as possible, it will either be repaired and returned to you, or a full refund within 90 days of purchase. I will repair pieces only if the original stones are in stock. If they have been discontinued a substitute will be used. If your piece was $100.00 or more it will be repaired up to 1 yr. 

These repair options apply only for Jewelry that has not be abused.
